Ray Bradbury, 1920-2012

“I never went to college, so I went to the library.”

Had it not been for libraries, we might never have had Fahrenheit 451, The Martian Chronicles, The Illustrated Man, eight other novels and collections, dozens of plays and television/film scripts, and over 400 short stories and novellas.

An American literary icon passed this morning.  He will be missed.
